Saving Animals, A Houston-based animal protection organization began the FIX HOUSTON initiative to help reduce the number of homeless animals in Houston, by creating five spay and neuter clinics throughout the city of Houston.
What:
Highland Village hosts the 1st Annual Home For The Holidays pet adoption event benefiting Saving Animals FIX HOUSTON program during three weekends in December. Future pet owners can stroll through the adoption center and bring home a friend for life from BARC and other shelters around town. New pets and pet owners will have the opportunity to relax and bond in the Tootsies “Welcome Room”. Michael Kemper Salon will provide a complimentary grooming session (hair cut and blow dry) for all new pet owners who adopt at Highland Village. This is a $60 value.
